Tax Collector

The Tax Collector is an elected position whose major function is to issue and collect tax payments.

 

Property Taxes are collected biannually, usually around November 1st and May 1st of every fiscal year. For FY2024, the first half tax bills will be mailed out on November 29th with a due date of December 29th, 2023. The second half tax bills are due on May 1st, 2024. There is no grace period. Demand fees for late payments are $15.00 per bill in addition to per diem interest.

 

Online payments can be made up until the due date.
