Planning Board

The Planning Board is a 5 member elected board. The Board's duties include town planning, master planning, preparation of the official zoning map, review and submittal of reports concerning the layout, alternation or discontinuance of town ways and reviewing and endorsing ANR plans as required.

 

Fee for Planning Board review is $125.00. Costs for filings with Hampden County Registry of Deeds is responsibility of applicant.
